По факту перешкоджання моїй депутатській діяльності відкрито кримінальне провадження
В минулій темі свого блогу я повідомляв, що звернувся до начальника Ладижинського міського відділу міліції пана Соловейчука з заявою в якій просив вирішити питання про відкриття кримінального провадження по факту перешкоджання моїй законній депутатській діяльності за злочин, передбачений ст..351 Кримінального кодексу України, що скоєний міським головою міста Ладижин Валерієм Коломєйцевим.Нещодавно отримав відповідь про те, що моя заява "по факту перешкоджання вашій законній депутатській діяльності, що має місце починаючи з 26.03.2013 року, прийнята та зареєстрована в єдиному реєстрі досудових розслідувань, реєстраційний номер № 12013010070000210, розпочато досудове розслідування".
Отже, маємо кримінальну справу. Вибачайте, але по іншому міський голова не може зрозуміти. що я депутат, а не статист.

Як відкрилося це впровадження, так і закрилося. І що? Ну посмішив Віталька народ, а далі що? А далі Віталька завтра не хоче йти не сесію міської ради, обідили його. Віталька, а виборці чому мають страждати від твоїх образ? Ти Віталька не став свое ЕГО вище інтересів громади, піди на сесію і покажи СЕБЕ. Якщо ти ще на щось здатен.

Как это не хочет идти не сессию? А куда он пойдет? Ведь ему в этот день отгул положен. Веталь, ты прекращай это. На тебя смотрит весь город. А ну ка покажи им Кузькину мать.
